I had been researching for a good pair for a while, and took the plunge and ordered after the price reduction. The Sound+ app is essential to "unlock" features and get started. The firmware upgrade was prompted for as soon as the buds were paired with the Sound+ app. My iPhone is an older model that does not support Bluetooth 5.2, yet the extended range is discernible. The sound profile is exquisite, with a fine balance of bass and treble out-of-the-box. The form factor and controls as well as battery life are great. Calls are very clear for both parties. I am able to use Multipoint with smart TV / tablet and phone effectively. It even works with my Windows PC, although officially not supported. ANC works well (does not deaden external sound completely - sound still gets through, but background noise is attenuated). I appreciate the selectable noise-masking in the app and enjoy the relaxing SoundScape options. All-in-all very happy with these well-engineered earbuds.

I had bought this to use for my calls primarily. It is a disappointment! The earbuds are comfortable and also audio quality is good. Mics are just not upto it. Hence the low rating. NOT RECOMMENDED! Too expensive if the only thing it is good at us playing music. Bought JBL tune earbuds after I lost this and now realise how bad the Jabra earbuds actually were. With JBL I am able to speak properly and the person on the other side is able to hear properly. Excellent noise cancellation too. And I got it at 6k. SO JABRA IS A DEFINITE NO! DONT WATE MONEY ON JABRA.

Product is good as compared to others in the similar category. Initiay both earbuds worked but after firmware upgrade, left one stopped working. Thanks to the 2 years warranty. I got it replaced & the new one is working dine

The Danes have done it again, this buds though had a bad reviews in it's early launch, much of its so called flaws have been fixed with subsequent updates and is now on the top and i may add better than airpods pro(non apple user). The shining armour is the microphone quality during calls weather in teams or zoom it's flawless with adequate background noise cancellation. I have tested the 85t which are more say comfortable as it's not deep in your ears but it sticks out a lot and gets loose easily so it's not a good fit for moving around. On top it's heavier which is not to my liking. The elite 7 pro is sleek, compact and powerful when combined with your custom EQ via the app(the default is flat out boring). The only con for me is the case which is a departure from the much loved design with single hand opening and sleek in pockets, don't get me wrong the new case is also sleek but it's not so convenient to open one handed but it does have more surface so better getting the wireless charging right. Overall, this is a good buy at this point for anyone looking for a all eco system device which does it all and is protected with good IP rating.

Hi all, im writing this review after using Jabra 7 pro earbuds over a week now. I bought to use it on my laptop to take Zoom or Teams call because I take such calls 4-5 hours a day. Day 1 i got mixed reviews from the listeners but since then it works terifically well. People on Zoom, Teams or even phone calls can't figure if it's earbuds or talking directly from phone. Another iceing on the cake was double system connection like i connect my laptop and phone at the same time with very quick auto connect to both the items . The only downside is the case's battery file because you only pay attention to the earbuds battery but here you need to make sure the case should be charged at all time. But considering the performance of the earbuds, i can easily ignore this. Top notch Earbuds and great job done by Jabra.

I was so sure that jabra had got everything right this time round and I was really disappointed. The biggest problem with these is that the volume for music is so low , even at 100% you can't reach even a compromised level. The bass and lows are just average . The ANC is ok, not comparable to others in the price point that it is targeted at , not even one's which are half the price. I wish I could keep them as the software app that jabra has made is so amazing as is the battery life. Yet these were very underwhelming for me from a 'listening to music standpoint. Coming to call quality and hear through... very average indeed , the Samsung Buds Pro and Buds 2 do a far better job . I am not much concerned with multiple device usage but that too is an issue with these. It's still work in progress, in my opinion, half baked and doesn't deliver. Jabra might want to take these off the market , work on them and relaunch after fixing the issues. It's rather unfair to try and push these to trusting customers in the present form and capabilities of this device . Huge thumbs down for the Elite 7 Pro, with a heavy heart. I so wanted these to work for me

I bought it at discounted price, and at that price, its really good. The ANC is practical and works really well. Its customisable so chances of ANC's effectiveness as per user needs is very high. Battery life is too good and works as marketed. Jabra never disappoints for sound quality. They are also feather light and using hearthrough feels as if I am not wearing one. Overall, no complain, just 1 nitpicking, I wish the case was little more sturdy. Not that it is any bad, but yeah little sturdy one would have been better. But it won't affect the decision of buying for most people.

Music quality is good if totally wireless earphones are considered .Also battery backup is as suggested but the thing is basic features like call quality and small bugs in the firmware make these earphones pathetic totally feel like waste of money. Also dont expect anything from noise cancellation. Long term : apart from music and battery capacity nothing is as per expectations . very disappointing. Microphone reception in call quality is so horrible that the other person will literally get annoyed

Bought at discount at SGD 210 Good Sound quality, fit (suitable even for running), setting up. There are many 'complaints' online about sync issues with the app but it was very smooth for me. Bad Latency (not an issue for video and music, this is not meant for gaming and online meeting) ANC is not as good as the top tier models but it is enough for me as I prefer to have some 'leakage' to hear what's going on. white noise (train, escalator, etc) are pretty much reduced to a minimum.

These are my first "expensive" set of earbuds having tried with some cheap ones previously. The noise cancelling on these are great, bus rides are uninterrupted, I have just had a couple of plane trips on prop planes where I was seated next to the wings and didn't have an issue with them. They somehow still let the radio calls over the plane in. Battery life is very good, I struggle to use it up even on multi-day trips. Connecting to multiple devices is simple and it doestn seem to ever get confused between the two. The sound quality is good, not perfect but very good, hence the four stars. Thats being picky, these really are a good set of buds.

I ordered this pair because I was looking for earbuds that I could use for longer work calls as well as for listening to music. I do a lot of walk and talks for work and therefore require strong ANC. I am very impressed with the comfortable fit of these earbuds. They are much smaller than previous Jabra headphones and many other current models and the ANC works really well, especially during calls. Even if it's windy, the other party can still understand me well. The music quality is also outstanding, especially with the customizable sound via the app. Overall I'm very happy with this purchase.

I purchased these as an upgrade from the Jabra Elite 75t. After having used these headphones for a few weeks now I feel I can provide some feedback on this device. My primary reason for purchasing these was the ability to listen to either the right or left headphone independently and I must say I am extremely happy with this feature. Positives: Ability to listen to earbuds independently is very handy. The sound quality is extremely high and is a slight improvement over the 75t, I am also extremely happy with the call quality which is markedly improved and manages to filter out background noise much better than the 75t. Lastly the battery life is phenomenal and after listening for hours and hours I have yet to have drained the battery below 50%. Negatives: My biggest complaints are the ANC and 'hear-through' feature which I believe is significantly worse in both cases than the 75t. The 75t (depending on your ear size) covers a larger area around your ear which while making them arguably less comfortable (although for me is actually a perfect fit) I believe helps significantly when it comes to the ANC functionality by blocking ambient sound out. The hear-through on this device is abysmal in my opinion and is a significant downgrade from the 75t which I am a little disappointed about. All in all I these are an excellent earbud set but given the price point I would have liked to have seen improvements around all the functionality rather than a downgrade in some.

Got these because they were on sale and I needed something while I waited for the new airpod pros to come out. These fit ok and the software is pretty powerful, I like the voice confirmations (which can be turned off or changed to beeps) and the physical buttons are cool. The sound quality is pretty good too. However, the Noise Reduction (NR) pretty much does nothing at all. The airpod pro 1 and especially the new airpod pros are miles ahead in noise reduction. So if noise reduction is important to you, then do not buy these. The “hear through” function is ok, but a bit artificial sounding (airpod pro 2 is much much better with this). The fit takes a bit of getting used to, but is good one you sort out the tip sizes. Call quality actually is very bad, people complained all the time about not hearing me properly and on zoom calls etc. it wasn’t any better, the volume level was extremely low on PC. I was shocked because Jabra have a reputation of being good in this area. Overall I could only give it 3 stars. If they made NR actually work and the sound quality in calls usable it would be a 4-5 star product.
