** Updated Review ** I decided to give this product another shot and buy another flash drive because there was a coupon and so many reviews were raving that I thought it might have just been the flash drive I received that was faulty. I received a new one and it worked very well at first (better than the first one) Now I go to use it a few weeks after and instantly had issues with my iPhone not recognizing the device anymore but I got my computer to access it so it was fine. I try again on different mobile devices and eventually, it starts working again only for my files to glitch and completely disappear .... now after going back in, thankfully a lot of the files are still there but there are countless files that now appear to be in the drive but I am unable to access them and they will not open. I am absolutely heartbroken to lose these files and regret trusting in the second device and that is my mistake. I would absolutely not recommend buying this product as it has now failed me twice and I have lost access to my important videos that I do not think I will be able to get back. Old Review: This product works pretty great at first but within my first night of installing stuff I already started to receive an “error” message when trying to access items directly after putting them on the device. I am unable to access these items and they are still taking up storage on the device despite not being able to access them. When I attempted to delete the items it won’t allow me and therefore is still taking up storage. I have been able to upload a few other items without this issue but now every time I try to upload something it does not work and I get the error message. Now I am worried it will get to the point where I am unable to access the other items as well.

Great for storing excess video files like movies and shows. Fast transfer between the thumb drive and PC and no installation was needed. It does not come with a protective cap or case of any kind and one side is always exposed/open is my only complaint, could be very easy to break so I keep mine in a little pouch. The outer shell is metal so it seems durable. Overall great price for what it is.

I love this easy to back up and I use it always switching from one phone to another answer my computer ideal for contact creators, like myself to transfer videos of the phone to the computer lightweight portable, and material is high-quality

I purchased this flash drive to backup photos on my phone. I can then transfer them to my computer in bulk. I can also share the memories with my family outside of social media. At 256GB, you can backup most phones. This model also comes in other smaller and larger capacities. I also our hase a short extension cable because I have a thick phone case that the flash drive doesn't quite fit.

The works well but Android app that it teĺs you to download is not found on Google play. This may work better for iPhone but is a problem for androids. All file transfers will need to be done manually. I would not have bought it had I known this before.

The size and storage capacity are nice. I like that it transitions to different types of ports. However, it can easily break if pushed on too hard. I have an iPhone so I had to flip down the USB portion and use the plug for an iPhone. The fit is VERY tight and when I pushed a little hard to connect it, it bent. I initially feared it was going to break off in my phone! It did not, thankfully, but the plug for an iPhone no longer works so the device is now useless for me. It's also difficult to push into a slot, you have to hold the "glider" in place otherwise when you push into a slot, the glider just moves instead of going into the slot. Update 6/1/2023: the seller reached out to me and sent me a replacement. The product works great, I do like that it’s adaptable to different devices and it’s easy to use, just need to download an app. You still need to be careful when inserting though.

Product was working when I first try it out but unable to work 2 weeks later. I bought twice and the first one is still working but not this 2nd piece. Contacted the customer service but gave useless advice.
