Cooking food at high temperatures destroys many of its vital nutrients. We make great tasting, organic, raw, whole foods. The snacks, crackers, chips, nuts and sticks are dehydrated at less then 115 degrees Fahrenheit slowly over at least 24 hours. This preserves the vital life force energy of the plants, including enzymes, vitamins, minerals, essential fatty acids, proteins and carbohydrates.
