can't say this really hits that hard, i prefer the non stim variant better pumps with it

Anyone who knows Derek knows he puts a lot of thought and effort into these products. He researches and reads existing studies on every ingredient to determine efficacy and safety. There is almost no "fluff" added to these products other than the flavoring that goes into them. Speaking of flavoring, that topic is highly subjective, but I find the flavors I've tried to be some of the best tasting I've had for this kind of product. Generally, don't enjoy the taste of workout supplements at all, but I find these to be some of the most tolerable I've had. YMMV on this though. As far as results go, I find this works as well or better than any of the other many brands I've tried. Some reviews seem to think the stim isn't strong enough in these and yet other seem to think it's TOO strong. It just goes to show you can satisfy everyone. At around 175 mg of caffeine per scoop, I find it just right. You can take up to 2 scoops, but I always stick with just one. He does not include beta-alanine in the product which I appreciate (it's the ingredient in some pre-workouts that gives you that tingly or itchy feeling on your skin). I happen to like beta-alanine so I add it separately (which they also sell), but my wife hates it, so it's nice it's not here. Speaking of which, my wife uses this stuff regularly as well and really likes it. The last thing I'll talk about is the clumping - I've seen a lot of reviews that complain about this. As I mentioned before, this product doesn't have a lot of "fluff" in it. There is a silicon dioxide packet to prevent moisture absorption, but he doesn't seem to add anything to the powder itself to improve the texture. As such, the powder is more like flour, and less like sugar granules. I personally have no problem with this and find that it dissolves in water beautifully, but I can understand why some people might not prefer the "flour" texture as it might appear to be a bit more "clumpy". I've purchased 4 cannisters of this stuff so far and have had 0 issues. If there are any small clumps, they are always soft and easily broken. I just use the scoop to break them apart and then take a serving. Very satisfied overall. Highest recommendation.

Gorilla Mode is hands down the best pre-workout I’ve used. It gives me a solid energy boost without the jitters or crash. The pump is real, and I feel stronger and more focused during my workouts. I got the cherry flavor, and it tastes great—not too sweet. It’s a bit pricey, but totally worth it for the results.

Pros: nice pump and energy and will last my whole workout. it has good focus and the correct dosage of creatine. Cons: tastes AWFUL. It has a very chalky artificial taste and even when shaken in a shaker cup will still clump up. Its a little on the more expensive side too. overall its a pretty good pre but just isnt the one if you want something that taste good and is smooth.

Works very well also tastes good. Plenty to use and goes a long way!
