looks like a plain Jane wooden box
Looks are decieving, looks like a plain Jane wooden box. But it safely drys any moisture present. When I first started using it was having problems with my left volume up button. After using it for two weeks I quit having problems with it. Believe it might have been moisture causing problems, works great now. * HINT~ After plugging in & turning on with power button, leave it plugged in & never turn it off. The push button for turning on is weak & will not hold up.

No it doesn't!The company says it has to have an original bill of sales in order honor their warrenty.I do not have that, but I would like to have it.The product is defective.
