SCREENARAMA New Screen Replacement for Acer Nitro AN515-55-53AG, FHD 1920x1080, IPS, Matte, LCD LED Display with Tools

Bought this for my Acer Nitro 5 an515-55-53ag about a month ago and it works just as well as the OEM one.The screen came with double sided tape, a pry tool, a screw driver, tweezers, an exacto knife and a pamphlet with helpful tips for installation.The tutorial I found on YouTube (the video by Amko Tech Repair was very straightforward) along with the tools included with the screen, made the process painless and a lot cheaper than if I would’ve taken it to a repair shop.All in all, the screen performs well, was easy to install, cost effective, and gave me the opportunity to learn a new skill.

I don't typically review much, but I was really impressed with the packaging for this product. I ordered a computer screen for my son's gaming computer, the Nitro-5 because well...he broke it. The package came in a cardboard box with Fragile stickers around the outside. Inside it was wrapped in 4 bubble wrap packaging sleeves. The thought that was put into the packaging by itself is 5 stars. You order products online and hope it doesn't arrive damaged. As you can see from the photos the new screen is perfect and works great! Would definitely order another screen from this brand again.

product works great, looks and functions like original. installation was very easy. plug and play. 4 stars as my screen has a dead pixel.

Arrived well packaged, with every tool needed except for double sided tape. Easily replaced the screen following an “ifixit” tutorial. Good as new again! Acer Nitro 5 AN515-55

Replaced my Acer Nitro 5 screen with this and it works great, just don’t expect 144hz refresh rate. Display is locked at 60hz and won’t go any higher.

I'd never replaced a laptop screen before, but after my daughter accidentally cracked the screen of a relatively new laptop (and I was able to assess no additional damage by plugging in an external monitor) I figured I'd give it a shot. The screen kit included repair tools which were very helpful, and I was able to make the swap in 20-30 minutes. The hardest part was that Acer used contact strips instead of screws to attach the screen to the housing, so those had to be carefully unwound with the tweezers (you can find a demo on YouTube). The new monitor didn't include it's own sticky strips, so I used some for contact hooks I had lying around. Worked perfectly and was an easy DIY job.
