This net is large enough to be useful in a pickup truck bed, in a SUV, on a roof carrier, or on a trailer. The good thing about a large net is that you can always cinch it up for smaller items, but you can't always make a small net large enough for big stuff.The net comes with 12 hooks that can positioned anywhere along the outside or inside of the net to tailor it to the load. My only gripe is that the hooks don't have closures like carabiners have, so they can easily slip off your tie-downs while you're trying to lash your load down. You can always invest in some large carabiners, but it would have been nice if this net would have come with better hardware.Oh, and as other reviewers have noted, the listing shows metal carabiners around the perimeter of the net, but they DO NOT come with the net. That's a little misleading.All in all, this is a useful net, but I'm still deducting a star for the style of the hooks and the misleading photos of carabiners.

My trailer has a combination of loops for hook straps and e track for higher rated loads, but sometimes I just want to throw a bunch of stuff in the trailer and get going quickly. Planning the process of strapping multiple items in can be a chore sometimes, and adding or removing a couple things from the trailer requires an adjustment to the whole strapping philosophy. This net provides a better option to just hook over the top of a pile and go. It's well built and doesn't seem to want to fall apart any time soon. I'm happy with it. Would also work well for truck beds and rooftop cargo trays, assuming the size is appropriate for your application.

There were no metal caribeaners on net only plastic hooks.
