The packet says Rechargable - refillable . How does one do this please ?

Hi You can buy the refills then Unscrew the top of your bottle of phantom. Then Unscrew the pump that you use to spray. Screw the refill bottle on to the phantom bottle neck. The refill will stop automatically when it is full. Then put it back together It's quiet hard to explain but it is quite easy Hope this helps X
