Never again.
This was the second Otter-box battery case for this iPhone. Brought it Because I loved the first one. Worked great for two weeks. Than would not charge the phone. Took it off and was going to return it.But as fate would have it, I fell overboard and the phone was destroyed. No sense wasting time returning something that could be used anyway.

Great product
This case has saved me many times. Not only does it have the Otterbox durability and protection for my phone but the battery backup is worth it’s weight in gold. This one is about 1/3 the price I paid for my first one (old phone) but I had so thoroughly destroyed the first one I had to replace it. The case took the beating. My phone looks like new.

Was awesome at first. A full extra charge for my phone, plus some. Dropped it once on tile from about three feet. Hit on the top left corner, didn’t seem to hard. Now it doesn’t maintain a connection to a usb power source (does fine to the phone though).

DON'T BUY
20190220 I am waiting for the seller to respond. This device does not work as promised. It no longer charges my phone. It only really lasted a month before the battery started dying quicker than expected until it would no longer hold a charge. If the seller responds I will update this post.

Not for me. I prefer Mophie case.
I returned this product, due to a poor build quality and unsatisfactory fit. I have used and prefer Mophie brand cases, over this design.

DON'T BUY!!!
Don't waste your money!! Worked good for a couple weeks if that, then stopped holding charges, would not charge full and multiple other problems!!! GET A MORPHIE!!

Doesn't work and fits terrible
Terrible. Bad product fit. (Constantly lowers the volume because of the case design. It's a tad too small. For two weeks it charged ok, but now I have to unplug it and replug it in several times to get it to 100%. When you press and hold the button to charge the phone, it's good for 4%- and then it stops.

Wouldn't buy again.
OK but looses battery life pretty quick. I took it off because you barely get one full charge and it muffles your speaker making it hard to hear at full volume.
