So I've had this case now for about a few months. I have to say that I absolutely love this case! The pictures do not do this product justice. It also snaps close when you close your Mac. It does take just a few tries when you first get use to opening it because when you pull the tab to unlock it, you may first pull just a tad too hard and there are two tabs at the top that snap on to the screen that may unsnap. You definitely get use to it and isn't an issue anymore after a few times. It's definitely made with good materials and is not flimsy in the least! There is also two semi clear peices that protect both top and bottom of your Mac which will protect it from surface scratches which is a must for Macs! Also, the rubber pads on the bottom are very thick and give this case amazing grip so it doesn't slip when typing. By far the best case out there and you would not be disappointed in the least if you bought it!

Very nice case. It has a bit of substance, I am sure it would protect from a fall, though I am not too eager to test that. Fits like a glove, looks good too. I love the space on the top, it allows you to still see if there is a decoration on the laptop. There is access to every port, and it doesn't add too much bulk to the laptop. It snapped right on when I got it, I will update this review if anything happens to it

I've had this case on my MacBook for 6+ months and NO COMPLAINTS. Fits perfectly. Looks great. Feels like it would save my computer if it does ever get dropped. Case is not in the way at all and the small bulk it does add is directly related to protection.1 year+ update: case still perfect, all tabs still in place - if I replace this one it would only be to change colors

I just purchased this case and so far I really like it. It is light weight but seem very secure. It has more clips than other cases Ive used in the past which makes me more confident that this one will hold up longer!

Awesome case! Lots of compliments on it. I use my computer for work and travel with it a lot and this case has lasted much longer than every case I’ve had before.Update: as of late May 2021, this beast of a case is STILL going strong! I’m not sure I’ve ever had a case for an electronic device that was more durable than this one.

Good case; protects like it should. However, I just took it off and where the small clasps are where it clamps onto the laptop, it leaves small knicks in the aluminum. In other words, you damage your laptop lid consequently to protect it.

After cracking the Apple logo on my MacBook Pro I decided it was time to get a case. This one was exactly what I had my heart set out on. It's unobtrusive to the ports ( I also got the rubber plugs to protect those which I recommend). It's stylish and doesn't weight the laptop down too much. Only thing I can add was that the clear material in the middle of the panels is thinner/softer than I was expected (not a hard shell), but this actually hasn't bothered me. It fits tight and the inside stays clean and dust free, and it doesn't seem to effect the MacBook's cooling abilities. Had it for about a month now and take my laptop to/from work multiple times a week. Overall MUCH better than previous laptops cases I've owned, would buy again and again!

It fits fine, except for the back bottom right side does not lock in. It is an extremely tight fit. So tight I felt like my laptop would break when I put it on, and I'm a little afraid of when I'll have to take it off. The color is NOT the neon green that's pictured. It is more yellow. The worst part is it is extremely awkward to open. I have to pry it open with my finger nails.Update: My laptop ended up over heating with this thing on. After taking it off, things are fine now. It was such a tight fit, while taking it off the top part broke. COMPLETE WASTE OF $$
