probably no effect. the magnetic is not that strong, so it doesn't matter. at least mine wasn't affected.

are cards easy to take out?

The cards do fit into the case nice and secure but they are also easy to take out. I've had this case for a while now and love it.

what about the quality of the hinge? will it break easily?

have been using it for 2 months and it hasn't broken the hinge. The whole case is in perfect condition. a nice purchase.
