For the first unit I ordered, one of the metal mounting rings was missing, but I managed to fix it with a plastic cable tie. And my cat is happy with it so far (she hates "Warm Spacious Pet Bed" tho and prefers to just lie on the hammock without anything on top of it). Bought her the second one couple of days ago (kind of a second floor). And in my case it was also defective :) For the second unit... one of the hammock's fasteners was missing. So... You know... Fixed it with a plastic cable tie. Overall, happy for my cat and for a chance to have a DIY activity, but the quality of the product is quite random and I would suggest to consider possible alternatives.

Me mandaron un modelo diferente a la foto, ahí decía que era de metal, pero la hamaca es de madera. Al final eso no importó, la calidad es EXCELENTE!! Muy fácil de instalar. Aunque las instrucciones vienen en chino (creo, perdón si no es 😬) el ensamble es muy intuitivo. A mi gatita, de 5kg le encantó!! Les comparo las instrucciones en español!!

This product was pleasantly larger than I thought it would be. Easy to assemble and very sturdy once put up. The material feels a little wierd but still my cats immediately loved it. Would easily hold 2 smaller cats snuggling.

Not even five minutes into having installed it and one of my 5 cats climbs on it. At any time of the day, one of them is on it. I don’t regret a penny spent on this item. It’s fantastic!! They now get the chance to sleep with a view or watch the birds outside.It’s very sturdy as all of them except one are quite chunky!The manual was in Chinese though. I had to use an app that translated thd scanned words through the cam

I ordered this for my indoor cat so he could have a window seat to watch the birds. It is sturdy and easy to assemble and suctions strongly to the window so he can happily jump in and out of it. The bedding is cosy and washable and within an hour of me putting it up he was fast asleep in it. There was a slight delay in the product arriving due to a problem with the warehouse which the seller updated me of and offered a full refund if that meant the product arrived too late, but it was absolutely fine. It came in a lovely box too so it could be a good gift for a cat lover!
