Would this work if your weight is 115kg?

According to the manufacturers blurb it should only work up to 75kg however I am just shy of a 100 kg and it’s working very well for me. I’m sure you’ll be fine. It’s a great bit of kit.

What is the Max resistant of all the cables? Also how much resistant does each individual cable provide?

How easy is it to attach to a bar for any exercise ?

Very easy to attach. You simply pass the end over the bar and then use the clip to fasten it to one of its loops along its length depending on how much assistance you need.
