Pretty decent for the money
I dont like that it takes forever to connect to the live feed and to move the camera to different angles. Video is good. So not bad for the money.

Product arrived damaged!
This extendable CCTV arm did not come with any assembly instructions, neither pictorial or written. Although you might think that this bit of kit seems pretty self explanatory and should not require them, they would have come in handy as I was sat trying to figure out why I could not put a square peg in a round hole. I finally realized that the end of the arm that was meant to insert into the base unit (wall bracket) had been squashed either at the manufacturers or during transit. This rendered the whole unit useless.
