I have been searching night and day for the ambient album with some kick, some energy! PIL came to the back of my mind and as often happens I look into the past. Well, I had bought this album when it came out and used to listen to it on my car stereo. Anyway, this album was the sort of abrasive and dischordant sound I was looking for in ambient and the bass and drum of trip hop with the exhilaration of punk. I absolutely adore John's voice. His voice is equal to the energy coming from the drums and the bass and the quality coming from the guitar. It is one of those albums I need not merely want.

A rather conventional rock record, frankly, jazzed up a bit by John Lydon's singing, which sounds like moose torture.It's funny but the record's not going to go into heavy rotation.

There are some great players on this ...not many know....Ginger Baker and Tony Williams to name a few.Worth a listen.

This is some great shtuff! A bit 'lighter' than their previous releases but terrific none-the-less. Well worth the monies. Buy it.
