This chrome trim is great for tool box drawers
The inner fold of this door trim has adhesive that sticks really well. It cuts easily with scissors too. I used it to nake drawer edges on an old tool box I was restoring. It worked great. Now the individual drawers have a nice outlined look. Super easy to install. Just peel away the plastic strip on the theAdhesive and press it onto any edge you want outlined or to protect from chipping or snagging. It is ideal to install over sharp metal edges to prevent injuries.

Easy and Good
This was easy to apply and so far it's sturdy and good.

Does not look like it will age well
It stays in place well. I had another brand on a different car and it started coming off in a couple weeks. Just under a year and it looks OK. The silver layer is under the clear layer and it is starting to yellow a bit.

IT FADED!
When I first received this item and put it on my Tahoe, it looed great. unfortunately it didn't last. Within a couple of weeks all of the trim began to fade. Now there is no chrome left on it at all, its all a yellowish color. It looks terrible. I have to replace it. This stuff was a total waste of money.

Very impressed.
I bought this to replace a name brand product that I was unable to use because it melted itself together. I was very impressed by this product because it had a red strip over the adhesive to pervert it from gluing itself together. The strip also made it easier to apply as it helped separate the seam as you pulled it. Will definitely buy again if I need more.

Item will yellow within 6-8 months
Only lasted less then a year and then turned yellow, but for the low price I would say it's still worth it, just plan to replace it at about 8 months

Absolutely garbage, avoid
Like other users said, it is wound so tight that all the finish is crinkled and kinked. One side is completely unusable for anything it is so trashed. All they have to do to make this right is package it properly and not coil it so tightly. Avoid avoid avoid.

Looks good
Looks great. It's Winter here so I heated the material with a blow dryer, as instructed, and it was easier to install. The sticky tape side makes a huge difference in keeping it on the surface!

Low quality protector
This is a very low quality edge guard which is not worth the money. It falls off when driving making it unsafe and a liability.
