These are great for gluten free cookies
These are great for gluten free cookies. I let them fully cool, and then they will come off the mats. I find if I take these cookies off while hot, they crumble much more. My first set of mats was ruined when I used for bacon in the oven, and then someone in our house put the pan out for the dog to lick. The dog thought this was great and chewed them up. These mats are not dog-proof, and I wouldn't recommend this action, or mats will need replacement.

The liners don't really feel clean after I used it a few times. And yes I washed them after every use.
