Good item works well does the job it’s intended for only downside for me is the volume should be louder

Its good until you want to use FM raido that barely works if the device is warm it works but Bluetooth mode is perfect with music but the calls the audio is low on calls when you receive calls

Not great sound quality or volume. Speakers stuck into my ears. Buttons not easy to use in gloves. Protruding plug caught on shoulder and probably caused the poor connection which eventually rendered it useless. Packed in just after the 30 day returns limit. No manufacture warranty to claim on that I can see. Very good price - but clearly you get what you pay for. Disappointed.

In 3 weeks one of earphone stopped..so I carry on with one earphone .Last week I try to charge its not charging

Microphone works fine, but the right headset isn't working properly. It has a very very very low volume, you can barely hear something from it. The left one is working fine...for its purpose. I refunded it.

Navigation when riding my motorbike is why I bought this, and it's really gd.

Overall, it's a great motorcycle Bluetooth headset. It has a decent battery life, and speakers are loud and clear for music while riding. The reason for 4 stars is that the voice assistant button doesn't seem to work for my phone (Samsung S10+). This would've been nice, but it doesn't affect it much overall, as it probably won't recognise my voice at the noise levels at higher speeds.
