How to wash or clean posture pillow cover?

I just put it in the clothes washer on gentle. That seems to work well.

Can this be filled like a “beanbag”?

I mean i guess if you take out the ballon part and just zip it in. But at least with the blown ballon…the zipper leaves a little gap. So beans may spill out. It’s just an inflatable like for a pool, but in the shape of a controller with a zip-on cover.
