Gave this as a gift and set it up in the office of a colleague as a surprise. It's a nice diffuser for the price. The colors are very vivid and quite nice.

I ordered this thinking that it had a glass cover, ok it was plastic. I can live with that, but it is so poorly made for the price I paid. It does not create any visible steam and I'm not sure it even works. I went to my local natural food store and bought a much better one for the same price that is made of heavy glass with a real wooden base, and puts out a significantly larger amount of steam that is visible. Total waste of money.

This is a nice diffuser. It's pretty big and can cover a bigger area like a kitchen/dining room which is what I bought it for. I like how wide the surface that lights up is because it makes for a nice background light. Would not use it as a nightlight as it is too bright for that.I took of one star for two reasons. The first one is that you're supposed to be able to press the aroma button (a long press) to get it to stop but keep the light on. I have tried several times and it continues to run. Perhaps I just haven't figured out the right way.The second is that the original price tag of $70 is extremely steep. I got it as a flash deal and so I'm happy with what I paid but knowing the entire thing is made of plastic (no glass or wood), I would not have been happy paying $70.Overall is a good diffuser if you can get it on sale.

Doesn't work

I received my diffuser in a timely manner. Packaged great & arrived safely. Quite pleased with the look of the diffuser. Concerned about the plastic dome looking cheap but looks great. Lights work well. However runs hot and ruins my oils. After about an hour of use I have to turn off because it begins to smell like melting plastic. When I remove the lid you can feel the heat coming from inside.Update: Vendor emailed me back within 6 minutes... seriously! Offered to replace at no cost to me. Will update review once received.

ok only 2 verified purchases yet this was rated so HIGH! I bought mine and after 2 uses the buttons stick so bad I can't use my fingers to turn the lights or diffuser on! The outside dome won't lift up, it is stuck to the wood and I only used water and oil, so I can no longer put oil in it since I can't lift the lid so now it is just a light. I thought this was pretty and the ratings were high I was wrong for thinking this. I will order a better one because this one is a huge disappointment!!!UPDATE: The seller emailed me to find out how I liked their product and I told them everything I mentioned above. They are nice enough to send a replacement unit! I realize not every item is made the same so apparently I got the bad unit for sure! It is nice to know there are still companies that believe in customer satisfaction like this one out there! THANK YOU ;)

The diffuser quit working after two uses.

Seems to work perfectly as described. Lighting and diffuser duration options are easy to select.
