Lily Pipe Outflow Spin for Plants Aquarium (10mm for 9/12mm (3/8'') Hose)

I bought 4 different style lily pipes, 1 skimmer/inflow, 1 regular inflow, 1 poppy pipe outflow, 1 spiral outflow to try. I have a fluval 407 on a 37-gallon bow front tank, overkill I know. The regular fluval outflow caused to much water column movement for the plants, small fish and 1 Beta. I tried the fluval spray bar and that was a waste of $25.00. even cutting the water flow of the pump in half there was still to much water movement. I installed the Skimmer inflow and the spiral out flow, now I can run the pump wide open, and the plants, tiny fish and Mr. Beta are very happy. All of the pipes are of very good quality and reasonably thick glass and do not seem like they would break easily. I used my fluval 5/8" hoses, I just wetted the pipes and slid them onto the pipe. I then put a wire tie around the fluval fitting since there is no kind of a barb on the pipes. The skimmer is one of the best I have ever owned, it took a few days for the water to actually start flowing into the skimmer part of the pipe, I guess the skimmer part was a little water repellent at first, now the surface is transparent clean. The floating skimmer part is clear plastic, but the rest is all glass. To install the suction cups just soak them in hot tap water for a bit and they will easily pop right on the studs. These might seem a little pricey at first but in the long run they are a better value and the looks of the pipes in the tank are awesome. Will update when I try the poppy pipe.

I recently added a Ehiem Classic 150 for my 10 Gallon Planted Betta tank and I had issues with the powerful flow caused by the filter which was pushing my Betta around. Solution! I decided to try out the JARDLI Lily Spin outflow pipe. First time and I was very nervous since it was glass. The product was not a fragile or flimsy as I originally thought. With some handling care everything was installed and is working perfectly. My Betta is happy, the flow is reduces and it looks beautiful. Great product for the price.

I honestly really like this spin pipe. It works lovely for my 4 gallon betta tank. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because there is also no wiggle room when it is resting on my glass, its very tight (photo attached). I can see how it could break if handled too roughly so you for sure need to be careful when setting it up. It is very cute and circulates my tank well (video attached, this flow has been adjusted with a valve). The suction cups work very well. They are nice and strong. I will buy more pipes from this company if needed. If anyone uses UNS tanks it fits the UNS 60S and 5N height and glass thickness wise. Again, it is tight on the glass though and I would think could break if mishandled. Overall I am very happy and satisfied with this product.

This is a nice piece of glassware. It looks great in our 3 gallon Pico and not overwhelming like I thought it might be. We purchased this because our little Dwarf Puffer was getting blown around the tank by the current with the last piece we had. It works well with our CO2 diffuser right next to it. The CO2 bubbles are circulating nicely. There is not a lot of surface movement with the pipe all the way down, but if you raise it the surface can be made to a mild ripple to quite turbulent. I would definitely recommend this product for any small tank (5 gallons or less) if you want to prevent excess flow.

Pros: - Slows outflow significantly - Glass material is strong and hides the lily pipe well - perfectly sized for small aquarium (mine is a 7.5 gallon cube with CPDs, snails, and shrimp) Cons: - the curvature makes it so it presses up against the glass pretty badly when suction cups are in place. Thicker glass tanks won’t work with the suction cups and may have to let it hang on its own. It is a 5/5 for me. I don’t keep it completely submerged because I like having some surface agitation. My tank’s glass is 1/8 of an inch and that is too thick already if I want to push it down with the suction cups on. It will still submerge but it feels really pressed up on the glass and may scratch it. Hope this review has been helpful.

So far so good! Great small pipe, perfect for my 5 gallon. I’m satisfied with how it reduces flow, it’s actually more calm than my nano HOB filter. Seems fragile though, also I’m using this with ZooMed Nano10 Filter.

This lily pipe outflow is absolutely beautiful. The quality is top notch, the clarity even greater. I'm currently using this in a 9.3 gallon UNS rimless aquarium, and it fits perfectly in length. My tank has higher substrate in the back and low in the front, and the outflow pipe itself is in a great location. This company does a great job at making quality lily pipes for the price; it's definitely up there and close to the same quality as ADA lily pipes. The spin pipe is perfect for fish that don't like a strong current, such as bettas. Definitely worth the buy and the customer service is 110% superbly helpful! You won't be disappointed. :)

It looks great, works perfect and Super Fragile. It fits to tightly against the glass. I broke two trying to adjust or remove it. Maybe if it had a different mount other than the suction cup clip it comes with, like an acrylic holder it wood be better. M

I attached it to the back of the fishtank with the included sucker cups. About half an hour later, I hear a snapping sound, and there is water and glass broken all over the place, including in the aquarium. I would caution those using the sucker cups because I think the pipe is then exposed to tension and snaps. I cleaned it up, and I am sending the pieces back for a refund or exchange. It's worth noting that this thing performed great when I tested it in a bucket, but I really caution those who are using it to skip the suction cups.

This is a well craft product but way too fragile. You need to be so extra careful when you manipulate it that i broke it the first time. I bought a 10$ china-made alternative (outlet + inlet) and i didn’t see the differ of quality. Now I’m less stress when i need to clean it.
