i don't want ppl seeing my eyes when they look at me are these dark enough so they can't!?!?

I ordered blue and black. The blue ones have a mirrored effect so you cannot see the eyes. The black ones are not mirrored but are very dark and you can barely see the eyes if you are really close. From a foot away or farther you cannot see the eyes.

Are they photochromic

If you choose the photochromic option they are but remember it's uv reactive and most vehicles have a uv coating on them so they won't darken much driving

What percentage of light do these block?

They are not terribly dark. The amber lens softens and refines what you see. Great for blocking gkare on partly cloudly days or in full sunshine. I'm in Houston so we get a lot of that.

Wasnt these glasses suppose to come with a hard case?
