I received the order without the picker dotting pen, the product description is misleading!!!

The pen is missing . That was the motive to order this product.

this was on point and arrived as described, however the wax got stuck in the cap and it wasn’t fully functional anymore.

The set is cool but it didnt come with the dotting pen. It came with a while pencil which isnt what i paid for
