Enjoy Life Baking White Chocolate Mini Chips, 9oz Bag

These are a staple at our house due to allergies! I buy a large quantity at a time. They freeze beautifully and stay so fresh. Great taste- even to those who do not have allergies! Love this product.

Not overly sweet and very smooth, melted easily…we made peppermint Christmas candy. To find quality baking products that are allergen free, from my 7 allergens, is amazing. I always avoid desserts and homemade candy. I would recommend this product and will use in the future.

My favorite chocolate! I love that it has less ingredients and doesn't have any lecithins. The taste is great - sweet but not too sweet. I love to use it in apple bakes, pancakes, and sometimes just by itself as eating chocolate. Buying this in bulk is also such a great deal. Arrives as pictured in the box with all the individual packages. I wish there was a less-plastic/less-packaging option.

The low rating is for the handling of shipping of this product. I really wanted it to work out for the great deal and bulk purchasing and have tried multiple times. There's nothing wrong with the product as I eat and use these daily, however, I always have problems when ordering for shipping. The chocolate chips turn white and inedible due to being melted somewhere in the shipping process and re harden and I have to get a refund from Amazon.I now get them from Amazon Fresh ordering and haven't had a problem that way. I can truly see and tell the difference from when the chips are handle properly as they normally don't have a white coat and will taste really good to just eat.

The last time I got the other brand chocolate, it had melted inside the bag. We generally have very hot summer weather and I had figured the other brand would melt some. But not to the degree of melting I received. I started researching other brands to see if I could find something that would not melt as much. I decided to try "Enjoy Life" brand. I ordered a couple of bags to try for taste etc. I was pleasantly surprised that the chocolate did not melt. Even after sitting on the truck for delivery it was nice, fresh and unrelated. So the next time I needed chocolate, I ordered the six bag package. I received my Enjoy Life package 2 days ahead of schedule. But, when I opened the outside box and looked inside I found wadded up paper (to protect the packages, i assumed) I removed the paper and found a very curious item in the box. After examining it, I opened it. I found a "cooler" ofof sorts inside! I opened it, it was made of a cotton like substance, and found a cool gel pack. Under the gel pack, I found 6 perfect bags of Enjoy Life dark chocolate. They were cool and not one one single bag had ANY lumps of melted chocolate in it! I was in awe and completely surprised and most definitely delighted to find my chocolate in tha condition. I am extremely pleased with the way my items were handled and the cate that was shown during packaging up the box for delivery. I will continue to purchase from Enjoy Life. If I ever need anything that Enjoy Life produces, I will always keep them as my first choice. If anyone ever asks for any recommendations, I will happily recommend Enjoy Life. I could continue on raving about this company, but I think you understand how I feel about there company. Thank you, Enjoy Life for your outstanding care and customer service.

I buy these chips because I can't have coco butter and these don't have it added. I also like that they use can sugar and that they aren't very sweet. The last bag I ordered the chips taste sweeter. I'm hoping they aren't adding more sugar.

Haven't got this order yet, but always keep these in stock. So good. I like the smaller size. Perfect for cookies, muffins, to top granola with fruit, mix with PB for a great dip for apples, you name it.
