Simple installation is a plus, as it leaves almost no way for an error in wiring, so the Open Neutral tester reading indicates a defective unit. To make sure that it wasn't an open neutral elsewhere on the circuit, I put another outlet in (and the original one back). Both of those tested fine. Reinstalled this unit and got Open Neutral once again. To check even further, I plugged in a device I;m not worried about burning up and it gave the flashing red light of a power source error.

I purchased a six pack of these and installed two. When usb cords are plugged in and charging they have a loud audible noise. I will be returning. Product looks good and is easy to install.

I have installed several of these and they are pretty easy to install. I was worried that they would be to thick to fit into the box, but there was no issue. They fit just fine. I feel these are a good value for the money, especially if you compare to other sources. I will probably buy again as needed.

Works great!! Now the kids arent taking Chargers everywhere and leaving them at friends houses. That's a bummer when you looking to charge your phone. Now thanks to these little beauties that's no longer a worry

These are bad outlets. I bought 6 of them and they make noise when an Apple USB-C charging cable is plugged into them and a phone. It’s loud enough that I can hear it and can’t sleep. I shouldn’t have trusted this brand.
