Small Soft Leather Man's Soft Briefcase Business Messenger Bag - Brown

I've been using a "Murse", "Man Bag", whatever label you prefer, for many years. My previous bag was perfect, only it held so much that it was always heavy. Still perfectly functional after many years of service, but looking a bit, shall I say shabby & vintage.Seeking to downsize I spotted this bag on Amazon. Checked the measurements & took a leap of faith. Well, it's not leather, as advertised. But it is the most durable synthetic I have ever seen. After nearly a year of full-time service, not a sign of wear. And I demand a bunch from my gear.Handsome & attractive, functional for all that I need, & durable is an understatement. Best of all, it carries what I need and doesn't weigh me down.Solid hardware, superb extra heavy-duty re-enforcements at the stress points, laminated and double-stitched material. I usually prefer leather, but for lasting appearance, ultra durable construction and compact functionality this bag is equal, or perhaps superior to others that I have considered. A terrific buy. Too bad there are no more available.Update: After several months of constant and no mercy daily use, this bag is holding up to the test of functionality & durability. Very well made and perfect for my use. Whatever the material may be, this is no cheap wannabe. Love this bag.

This exactly fits my 14" MacBook Pro. At first, it was a very tight fit, and I didn't know if I could take the time to fuss with it every time I needed to use it. However, after a few weeks, the bag stretched a bit, so it's easier to load the computer. There isn't a lot of room for extra stuff. I can carry a thin file or book in addition to the laptop and the cord (less work to take home, I guess). It has an adjustable strap, and it is a nice size for me to wear cross-body, as the bag isn't as large as most. Even though it's advertized as a man's bag, it's a good size for women to use.

The soft leather is great, the color is good. It makes it look like its worth more than the price. the great thing for me is that it is just the right size for what i needed for, perfect!

After 3 weeks of using:Size: perfect for a 13-14'' computer with small folder and cables.Shape: Since it's very soft, it will shape as the stuff you'll put inside. Annoying locking system (2 small magnets), that usually leaves the bag open (hence the 4/5 stars).Material: soft material that feels like the "real thing". Very light.Color: It's lighter brown than seems in the picture, still nice shade.Overall, it has very good look, right size, and perfect for my daily use.

Poor quality

It's really good bag. Fine finishing, good material and nice looking. I've got more than I paid. After most one month using, everythinh still great. The bag is not too small for 2-3 textbooks but if 3, it may not look good. I love this bag.

This product wouldn't even hold a laptop. It is a womens bag. I gave it to my 2 year old daughter. Rip off. The bag in the pictures isn't even the bag they sent. They sent a cheap imitation plastic/leather knockoff. Offered to let me ship it back at my own expense. Buyer Beware.

I've been waiting for this all week! It came in great condition and it smells amazing. Lol. It was a little smaller than I expected it to be, but other than that I'm very satisfied with the product!
