This big bottle of conditioner is concentrated so it will last for a long time. I have mid back length layered hair that is color treated and I use lots of styling tools on it. I need a good conditioner that doesn't make my hair greasy or weigh it down. It is a difficult balance to achieve. This conditioner needs to be used sparingly on my hair. I use it mostly on the ends and lower third of my hair and then just a little on the upper part. It rinses out well and my hair feels very silky. When I only use a small amount, my hair is shiny and has volume. It doesn't look frizzy on the ends and overall looks better. I just have to be sure not to use a load of it like I do other conditioners. When I overuse it, it does weigh my hair down and make it look flat. It's definitely a good conditioner for dry or damaged hair and for keeping further damage away. Just use sparingly and build up until you find the perfect amount for your hair.
