Set of three framed shells in silver toned wood frames. Each shell has a name plate with both the common and scientific name: Eastern Oyster Crassostrea virginica Atlantic Bay Scallop Argopecten irradians Hard Clam Merceneria mercenaria All shells were hand collected in Provincetown at the tip of Cape Cod. Each frame measures approximately 8 inches by 8 inches and 1.25 inches deep. The shells are mounted on acid free black mat board. They have glass on the front and hanging hardware on the back.
