Works as advertised!
Ordered this ceramic fiber blanket for a DIY project where this would be subjected to direct flame and/or come in contact with high temperature upwards of 300-400°C. This blanket performed flawlessly! Haven't yet used it in kiln or refractory sort of setting to be honest but it serves my purpose. But beware to rigidize this blanket before using for any sort of application. Non-rigidized blanket tends to shed fine ceramic fibers that could cause problems with prolonged exposure.
