Price and quality are excellent. K2 (both MK4&7) is a must have when taking D3, especially at higher doses of D3. For a serious health condition, I take 5,000 IU D3 and 1,000 IU K2 three to four times a day. I I've been doing this for almost 3 years now with not a single adverse effect. This is a high-quality product, and my D3/K2 blood levels remain excellent.

MK4 and MK7 covers all the preferred vitamin K2 forms. If you take a calcium supplement, you need K2 in the right forms.Vitamin K2 (together with vitamin D3, Magnesium, and Zinc) helps the bones to absorb calcium, without K2 the calcium can be deposited in the arteries which is not good.

I like that each day I feel better and better, with less pain, clearer thinking, and more mobility. From the clinical studies I`ve read about, the product is helping to keep calcium build up out of the arteries, where it doesn`t belong.

I believe this is the ideal K2 cardiovascular supplement as it has D3, MCT for absorption and both MK4 and MK7 - MK4 has been more thoroughly researched.
