Chi Gong-One finger ch'an melody

This CD is wonderful! It's one long track so you don't have to concern yourself with song titles or program numbers. I prefer it to silence because it gets me in a creative flow & helps keep me in the flow. It helps me write by drowning out extraneous noises, with no words to confuse the sentences forming in my head. The music is very nice and soothing although I do want to mention to you that there is a slight tense spot near the beginning of the track. I used to wonder why they put it in but now I understand the wisdom of it. It allows you to gather up any tension that you already are carrying with you and release it, allowing you to float gently on the wind blowing slowly through ancient Chinese forests. You can even visit a temple there and speak to your sage if you wish. I do practice chi gong, and although I don't practice chi gong to this music, it would work as background music for that, especially if you have annoying noises around. Highly recommended!

Not exactly what I was wanting for Chi Gong and Tai Chi exercise.

great to listen to for background sound when giving massages, very relaxing, also listen when driving in rush hour traffice

loved it, the music brought me home again. and memories of my childhood.

This is an excellent CD for the practice of chi gong,tai chi or just relaxing at the end of the day.

Very disappointed, I was expecting something like the SCTO Feng Shui music. This Jackadam - Ocean surf was a waste of my money.

Musique pas adaptée au genre de Chi Gong que je pratique. Je m'attendais à une musique plus mélodieuse. Les pratiques de chi gong ou de tai chi ne sont pas forcément sonorisées.

comme d'habitude, je suis très contente de cet achat. je n'ai jamais eu de problème avec les vendeurs, ni dans les délais.la musique en elle-même est très bien adaptée au travail de Qi Gong que je fais quotidiennement
