I thought it would help
It's normal herb/ herbal medicine known as tagar that is used in havan samgri. I really wished this would have been a nice hit,but it's just basic. You can get it at a much better price In your local stores. And these roots are need to be crushed /broken before making it into tea.

Good
I have some sleep issues. So i started drinking this tea. Sleep is good. But i am having some weird dreams when i drink this. Maybe i need another herb along with this to tackle that issue
