Great Airless Wagon Tires
Perfect fit for my wagon. They even look like they came with the wagon. I am glad I purchased these airless tires. Got tired of constantly airing up the tires my wagon had.

They do the trick. Don't see why they wouldn't last forever. Absolutely no traction to them I'd they need to be used on slopes

Perfect replacement for blown tires on garden cart
At the start of this year's gardening season I inflated the tires on the garden cart. The cart and its tires are all 10+ years old. About a half hour later one of the tires blew out with a mighty boom! These solid tires are perfect replacements AND they come in a box WITH washers and cotter pins, thus providing everything needed to change tires and wheels. Total time to remove 4 old tires & wheels and install new was about 12 minutes. The tires themselves seem more like hard plastic versus the solid rubber I was expecting, but whatever - they work and don't require inflation. Ever. Also the yellow wheels make a green cart look like John Deere equipment. Very snazzy!

Ditch the inflatable tires
Ok... if you really need inflatable tires (i.e. to provide a little softer suspension), then stay with inflated tires. However, I have had problems with inflated tires because they easily rot, especially in the hot South. But this hardened tires are the best. I have had these now for an extended period with zero trouble and NO maintenance. Of course, check the load rating on them, and also ensure you have the correct axle size. Moreover, don't leave heavy loads in a stationary cart for an extended period, as the tires will flatten out (I got around this by occasionally moving the cart a little until the load of top soil was eventually used up).
