How do you change out the things to do. How do I replace the list?

They give you several pieces of paper to swap out your list. Plus a really nice thin, felt marker/pen to write your list. Its easily changeable. Just remove the plastic lined holder/cover, put your new list & snap the plastic holder/cover back on.

What surfaces does the adhesive work on?

I have it stuck directly to my wall. Never had an issue of it falling off. I highly doubt it will damage the paint when I do decide to remove it.

What kind of marker comes with this? Toddler got a hold of it and drew on the wall. Trying to figure out how to get it off. Thank you
