Over all good product.
Its a decent product as per specs. Nothing special nothing bad. Does the job as said. However I would've really liked if they supplied a paper template for back holes like in V-Guard geysers. It makes the mounting job much easier and faster. Especially when the horizontal geyser is being advertised as -for above false ceiling installation-

Not good product & pathetic service by AO smith
Do not buy it, within 5 month it start showing issues. also Service is really pathatic, no one responsible if technicial just call and never come home for any fix because product is under warranty . so do not recommend it to anyone to buy it.
