This question is for the manufacturer. Can Duracell specify how long will it last once installed? I supposed they have tested it, so they should know.

That question is impossible to answer, even by the manufacturer. There are multiple factors that determine battery life. The most important is: What is the current drain of the device the battery is installed in?

Why does it say ‘ duracell – 319 1.5v silver oxide button battery’ but the battery i received was a 364?

That seems to be a typo by whoever wrote the ad copy.
