It works fine and seems to be good quality. if you don't want to bend over, get the longer version.

Well made, sturdy. The shaft of the tool is made of 1/2 inch rebar. Key opening is a little over 3/4 inch. Handle is wide enough to leverage turning of water valve. Well worth it and saves me a bruised knuckle. Have not used the 4-way utilities key.

Not the strongest steel but works for home emergency use

So basic and cheap- every house should have one! After flooding our house when pressure shot the top off of a leaking/damaged tap in our new (to us) fixer upper house, and then not being able to turn off the mains water for 15minutes after a neighbor came to the rescue, we bought this. Pretty cheap compared to replacing the lights the water pressure shattered, buying a fan to dry the floors, a new vanity, and tearing out the carpet in the living room that the water flooded. It’s pretty short but our mains supply is very shallow. Takes about 2 whole seconds to turn the water off now. Lesson learned.

Works perfectly. It is ideal for me for occasional use. Maybe not good for someone who spends all day turning water valves.

Poorly welded at the top. Upon first use the handle broke away at the weld point. The bottom and shaft appear to be much better quality.

Item just as described. Heavy duty.
