Coffee ceramic mug with cover lid and spoon (light blue)

It is such a nice mug I love the spoon and lid it comes with. Plus it keeps bevage from cold as fast

When I gave this as a gift, I had a call shortly afterwards that there was a crack inside. The recipient was wiping out the mug when he saw what he thought was a black mark inside. It turned out to be a crack. I attempted to fill out a return and replace and found it didn't give me the option to replace. I called and spoke with Bae. She said that I couldn't do a replace, as it was from a 3rd party seller. She nicely refunded the amount by putting a gift card on my account. I plan to order a new one tonight, but it's occurring to me that I will have to pay the shipping on the replacement of a faulty product.Update: Thanks to the help of the representative at Amazon, the 2nd one was fine, and I wasn't charged shipping.

Perfect coffee mug or anything mug

This mug is so light. I was so surprised how much I love the shape. My old mug was short and squat. Needless to say, even though I originally bought this for someone else it's mine now.
