Does this remove/reduce chlorine? Or just the smell/taste of chlorine?

This Waterdrop Water Pitcher is fantastic-- it removes chlorine and whatever else exists in this Jersey water. I have had Brita for many moons but even with a relatively new filter the water was virtually undrinkable. So happy with my Waterdrop👍

How does the indicator light know when it’s time to change the filter?

Hello, Thanks for your interest in our Waterdrop 5-Cup Water Filter Pitcher. Below are three status of the indicator to reflect the filter life for your reference: a. The blue light means "Good status" with a maximum of 90 days of the filter life. b.The red flash means "Replace soon" with a 10-day grace period to replace the filer. c. The red light(stay on for 5 seconds) means "Replace now". At this time, you have to replace the filter immediately to ensure the finest water quality. If you have any other questions, please feel free to give us a call between the hours of 8:00 AM-5: 00 PM (PST), Monday through Friday at 1-888-352-3558. We will try our best to help you out. Thank you very much. Best Regards, Mia Lauren
