The hooks hold well and look great, but there are no included instructions so you have to go off of the description. There is a double sided screw involved which means you need pliers to screw it in the right way. I first tried putting the wall anchor in, screwing the double sided screw into the hook, and using the hook as leverage to screw the rest in. I found the anchor slips that way and made a larger hole in the wall that then couldn't be used (see photo with spackled hole on the left).The best way to install the hooks:Drill a hole with a drill bit that is a little smaller than the anchorHammer the anchor in flush with the wallPut the sharper tip of the double sided screw into the anchor and use pliers to turn it clockwise until the wall side of the screws threads aren't visible anymoreScrew the hooks onto the smaller threads that are still sticking out of the wall
