Thank you for your question. I believe that the app will only sync to one pair of glasses at a time. But it's a great question. I'd like to test it out.

They are not adjustable but are small.

Thank you for you question. No this brand comes with ear-pieces. SO unless you connect your on elastic strap . It will not work as a headband. Amazon does have other models that come with an elastic band.
