Smartwool Socks are Great
Love these. I wear the old school Smartwool PhD crew socks everyday for work and wanted some shorter ones for my hiking boots and tennis shoes. Unfortunately they don’t make the PhD line anymore but these are a great replacement.

I recently spent almost $200 for a pair of hiking shoes while in Estes Park. I wanted to buy a good pair of socks to wear with my new shoes. The socks were $22.00/pair which is more than i ever spend on socks. I love the socks. Not sure how socks can be so comfortable, especially with hiking shoes. I got home from vacation and ordered 3 more pair from Amazon. The only downside is more color selection would be nice. Since I wear the socks with shorts...they need to match my clothing.
