Requested a refund for this product. We opened and used it today when it arrived. My brother shifted slightly in position and the iPad fell through the hole straight onto his nose. He now has a huge bump and cut on the bridge of his nose the night before a holiday. Disappointed in this product as it can be extremely dangerous and isn't very stable.
