Better than the original that broke.

I was looking to replace the top handle on my Samsonite Large Luggage. I looked at others as the sizes on all the different offerings and I choose this based on other comments and the description of this item. As compared to the original the build quality is comparable, its was very easy to install, if you have use thread lock as it will secure the screws tightly and avoid it the screws unscrewing as handlers are throwing your luggage around. Overall very happy with the item and because it comes in a two pack i have another should i need to replace another handle in the future.

This luggage handle fit perfectly on my Ricardo of Berverly Hills suitcase. In one respect it's better than the original. The original end pieces were made of plastic. The replacements are made of metal.

Fit perfectly for my Samsonite. Saved me a lot of money replacing a whole luggage bag.

My son's luggage handle broke while we were on vacation, and my brother-in-law recommended I check Amazon for a new handle. Sure enough they have them, and it was easy enough to replace (I did have to make a small cut in the liner, but I taped it after I replaced the handle. This is way sturdier than the original handle. Next, I'm going to have to figure out how to replace the wheels on roller luggage since I've thrown luggage away with broken wheels, too; what a waste!

Replaced the broken handle on my luggage almost perfectly. Just a tiny bit big, but works fine. Love the color because now my bag is even more easy to spot on the carousel! Have take several trips and it is holding up well.

After about 6 short trips, the flimsy plastic brackets holding the handle on my cat backpack, broke off, while my cat was inside it. After comparing measurements, I found this handle to be exactly the same as the original, with two crucial differences: the brackets are metal, and the screws are longer & straight (not pointed). Bonus: These handles come in different colours. I chose yellow, to make it easy to identify. The replacement kit doesn't include instructions, but was very easy to figure out, since I compared it to the original handle assembly. With an electric screwdriver, it took me about 10 minutes to attach it. If you have a cat backpack like mine, I urge you to get this kit and replace the handle, before your pet gets injured.
