0805 Crack Patch Premium Acrylic Spackling, 5.5 Oz. Squeeze Tube, White

This product works well for patching smallish holes and cracks in interior walls. No need to be an expert. This, a putty knife and sandpaper are all you need. Use the putty knife to spread the spackling over the damaged area, as many times as needed to fill the damaged area. You can even use your finger for small, hard to reach areas. Let dry overnight. This product has a tendency to shrink a little after it dries, so you may need to reapply a small amount. If so, let dry overnight again. When product is dry , sand smooth. Less sanding will be required if you used the putty knife to smooth as you applied.

I liked the price and the consistency of the paste. It spread a little different, i think because part of the top layer was starting to dry, on one side, when i opened it for the first time. Other than that, it just like every other paste Ive used for filling holes, nails, cracks, etc....i like it. Word of advice, if you don't use it all at once, i would put a piece of foil or plastic bag type material, over and around the top of the paste. Before you put the lid back on. So that when you close it up, and re-open for the next use, the air wont dry it up so fast......

What I like about it: It’s more watery than most fillers. What I hate about it: It’s more watery than most fillers. Comes out of the tube nice and easy, not dry and crusty like the competition....but you definitely need a flat edge to make a clean fill.

I bought this product to patch the holes in the wall caused by the nails and it was fine. The color is slightly off, where the product is white and my walls are beige, but since holes are tiny its not as noticeable. It wasn't runny, I used it with a paint scraper in case I put too much onto the nail hole, but otherwise, it worked out well for me.

I am a professional painter in Tacoma and this is The best spackle I've ever used! When I first opened the tub, I was dubious. It was really wet and runny it seemed. I have used other fast dry spackle before and they were more like play dough so didn't think this stuff was going to work. Within the first 30 seconds of using this stuff, my fears were calmed and I realized the quality of Red Devil Crack Patch. It went on smooth and didn't run as I had feared. It actually set up real quick. It was dry enough to sand on thinner areas within 10 minutes and on thicker areas like where there were large indentations it took an extra hour to be sandable. Still much quicker than the normal 4-8 hrs on the fast dry spackles home depot carries. I would definitely recommend this product to professionals and homeowners alike. It's quality that can't be matched nor beaten in my opinion.

We had a floating shelf with kids' books in our nursery. One of my wonderful pulled on it and ripped off the wall. There was a huge quarter size hole in the was (about 2 inches deep). We weren't sure if this stuff will work but we tried it anyway, because this was the cheapest bet. We filled the hole with it and let it dry for 2-3 hours, and it looks great. Maybe it is not good to use as a forever solution but for a rental property this is 100% the best option

Its smooth and dried quickly. I used it for raised stenciling and other uses.

I used this to fill holes from hanging photos, etc. when moving out of my rental. It worked great and was easy to use. It cleanly filled holes and dried opaque. However, the colour was not at all what I was expecting. From a description of "off-white" I was definitely expecting something closer to ecru/ivory. However, the tub that I received was definitely white and dried white.

it came up dry, wasn't very effective
