FitDeck Exercise Playing Cards for Guided Sports Workouts

This is great for kids that are into fitness. My kids love it and play it as a game

I purchased this pack to help add a fun dynamic to our family. Our boys are in sports and we wanted to just add a little extra in our movements as we're doing Remote Learning through the school and as we move into our winter snow months and are stuck indoors.This is just a great way to workout as a family. Both my boys, 7 & 4 years old, LOVE to make up the rules to these cards and lead our exercise. Rules seem to change as we go and it totally works since it makes it more fun. You don't need any equipment, just a little bit of space (super fun if you can take it outside). We are able to make some of these cards into a competition between each other.These come in a tin can so it keeps the cards from getting lost around the house and it just looks great and inviting. This is a great stocking stuffer for any kiddo.

I Purchased these cards for a fun activity to do with the first and second graders at my daughter’s school during the last day of school party. This was such a hit! The kids really enjoyed all of the exercises and had a fun time doing them together! They also really enjoyed each taking a turn pulling a card and then modeling the exercise for their group. It was a wonderful way to get their bodies moving and also be healthy!The only reason why I’m giving this product for stars is that the original game that they suggest for you to play is really confusing and I just couldn’t figure it out! Otherwise, an awesome Activity to have on hand for a rainy day or something fun to do as a group at the park. A great resource for teachers to have in their classroom, as well!

This has been a wonderful addition to our Occupational Therapy tools at home. My child loves to pick three cards and teach me the exercises. Great movements to integrate Asymmetrical Tonic Neck Reflex.

Great way for kids to get exercise and have fun all in one. It also something we do as a family.

I bought the Superman one for a program I run for 4-6 year olds. It is about 50% valuable. Many of the names for the exercises are either odd, or awkward. Depending on what you pay this may be fine. I paid around $8, and that is probably right. The MSRP of $15 is not what these are worth.The booklet that comes with it gives many ways this deck can be a game. Good ideas, but for me it was useless. I only need about 10 min of exercises not an afternoon or an hour.I REALLY wanted to love this, butnin the end it is a few good ideas, mostly average, and then some that make you scratch your head. I will say you shojld use your best judgment as there are a few face-down balancing drills that probably need supervised heavily or at least worked up into.

The product concept: Awesome!Quality: Great (they could be more solid)Functionality: GreatWhat I actually use it for: I use it as I teach ESL students and we do breaks in between. I've used it with my energetic sons at home on a rainy day. I've used them as a health and wellness professional to help kids for an ice breaker activity.I don't always use it as a game, but it is SO helpful to just have pictures to give younger ones the gist of what to expect in moving a certain way. As a personal trainer, I'd also say it saves time if you fan them out at stations.They are so versatile and I'm more than satisfied with my purchase.

I saw these on a Shark Tank rerun and ordered them immediately. We received them in the mail today and I played them with my 5 year old. He absolutely loved them, and I had a blast too! He couldn’t get all the moves precisely but he’ll learn with repetition and time. It also came with a booklet of suggested activities you can do with the cards (i.e. an obstacle course with a different card at each station). The cards are sturdy and have clear directions and pictures to illustrate the exercises. We will be getting a lot of use out of these and I’m purchasing more for myself. Overall a great purchase!

Ich suchte etwas um ein Training zu absolvieren und neue Ideen zu bekommen,da fiel mir das Multiprodukt "Fit Deck" ins Auge.Echt eine gute Idee um neue Trainings zu erstellen.Man kann auch verschiedene Fit Decks miteinander kombinieren und erhält so immer wieder eine neue Herausforderung.Kleines Manko,obwohl meine Englischkenntnisse gut sind: Manche Texte sind schwer zu übersetzen,aber da können dann die Bilder weiterhelfen.
