When you want to get mello...
I had this CD many years ago but lost it so I was so happy to find it is still available and bought it for some long road trips. I also play it in my sewing room when quilting. Ahhhh, just breath, it will all be ok. Reminds me of when we would go to my grandmothers church where they held "high mass" in Latin with lots of choir.

A Great Album
This Album supposedly has been around for a long time. It gained popularity in the 90’s and it is what set me off on a lifetime course of spiritual music. Chant is a must have album and seminal. The Benedictine Monks of Santo Domingo de Silos really did an amazing job and if you love Gregorian Chant. I highly recommend this album. It is voices only and there is no instrumental. It will take you some place else and I highly recommend it.

Music for meditation and prayer
Gregorian chant is always a great pleasure to the ears and soul. The monks pray while chanting and we laymen and women whether believers or not have our spirits uplifted by the monochordic tunes and voices. Beautiful CD.

Bought this for a Friend
As part of her bible study they studied about chanting that Monks do to meditate. As a stressful person, she wanted something that had chanting. For the price of $0.01 she couldn't go wrong with this.

Meditation is a breeze
This addition to my Gregorian chants has made my meditation so much more peaceful and relaxing. If people used this as a stress reliever and in relaxation techniques it would make for a more peaceful and better world.
