2020 MacBook Air with 1.1GHz Intel Core i3, 13-inch, 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD Storage Space Gray (Renewed)

So far so good, condition is good. Not running slow, or making any noise. Battery life pretty good. Happy customer hope it can last for me.

First off, the battery life of this computer was terrible from the start. I felt like not long after buying it, I was sitting by the charger every time I wanted to use it. Didn’t have this computer for very long before the software became corrupted somehow… I didn’t game with this computer or do anything funky. It was literally just used for photo storage and online schooling. One day it acted like it was dead and then wouldn’t turn back on properly. I spent hours trying to fix the software so I wouldn’t lose everything on the computer, and I thought I did it (I’m not a tech geek of any kind though) because I eventually got back to what looked like normal running. This unfortunately was just the start of the issues. Then I eventually bought a brand new Mac from BestBuy because I’d had enough, and tried to transfer my photos and documents over to the new computer. I wound up having to factory reset my brand new computer and start all over again with the setup process making sure not to try and connect it to my old laptop, because the new one had the same software issues. The color, appearance, sound quality, all of that was great! I just wish I would have bought a brand new computer from the start instead of a refurbished one, if I was going to have to buy two computers in the end.

Little mix up on delivery, you have to be home for the shipping company to drop off. Product was in packaged well and in great shape, and has been working very well.

I got this Mac at a pretty good deal (less than 300) and so far, it has held up okay for being 6 years old. I want to say this is my first time buying something from the Amazon Renew Store, and I was expecting something low quality. It took me a little long to sign into my apple account, but I managed to do it. There are a little signs of usages on the corners, but they aren't very noticeable from a far distance. The condition of the computer itself is good- the battery is liable for most of the day without having to worry about charging it so far. The screen size is big (considering from a 13 inch) I really like how I can see everything. I would say the keyboard layout is a little different from my old MacBook Air 2020 lol. Anyways, the sound quality is pretty good as well, I wasn't able to connect my wired headphones to the computer, but it sounds alright. There had been a fan when uploading Roblox (I'm not surprised) but then again I had to update it a few times. The computer is super light, and yeah! I would say get it if you're on a budget! It has the phone mirroring as well, which is very convinient. :)

Worth the price, people do have to realize it’s a refurbished product so it’s not in 100% quality. I needed a laptop for college since my iPad could not run certain browsers or fully access most textbook apps, I was on a budget but didn’t want to deal with viruses or extensions I needed to worry about on other brand devices so I did some marketplace research and Amazon hunting and came across this seller: Reviews indicated a hit or miss so I took a leap of faith, I believe I ordered it early in the week like a Monday/Tuesday and got it delivered it Sunday morning. Came not in original but good packaging, the laptop came in the regular matte type of seal around the computer with the charger and charger head. Obvious flaws, waited 6 months then a year then an additional 6 months to review my purchase, I have had no crashes or issues with overheating, battery (knocking on wood) overall satisfied.

First of all, I bought this laptop in “excellent” condition. After being on for about 5 minutes, it started blowing out air very loudly (you can hear in the video) and started overheating. It was also filthy. It literally looks like dried boogers were stuck in some of the crevices, and the keyboard keys had a bunch of dirt/debris trapped under them as well. It’s very clear that they did not inspect this computer before they shipped it out. I know that buying used products is the most cost effective route, but if you need a computer to be reliable or even on time (my delivery was delayed twice) just go somewhere else. Get a new one and use Klarna or Afterpay to pay for it. Updating to add, the computer is still having problems overheating so I'm returning it. If you want to return this product, the only option is for a UPS driver to show up at your house with no given timeframe. Amazon will not work with you on this. Seriously, don't buy this product or from this seller in general.

Starting off with my shipping process it went well I ordered the MacBook the morning of 9/5/26 and got it on 9/10/26 at 7:14 I did order the MacBook in excellent condition there was. scuffs/dents/scratches along the perimeter of the outside of the MacBook and scratches on the bottom other than that the the screen and keyboard seem to be perfect so far battery life seems reasonable the only semi problems I have is runs a little slow as in I might have to click it once or twice for it to load up and I feel like the mouse pad on the computer is a little wonky like you have to press it so many times or in a certain spot.so overall if your looking for a simple MacBook to watch YouTube/movies/ or check emails or journaling I think this would be perfect for you I tried playing Roblox, bloxburg it’s definitely possible but might run hot a little. I think for a little less than half of how much a MacBook neo is it’s worth buying for the time being & would also recommend buying a Apple type c charger your using your iPhones charger

Salió malísima, trae contraseña de firmeware y no se puede reiniciar por esa razón, no tiene ni el año y la pila ya no retiene carga. Es chip Intel y por esa razón trae todo soldado, no se le puede actualizar la memoria RAM. Es un desperdicio de dinero el que realice comprando esta cosa.

La batterie dure pas longtemps

Arrived in excellent condition basically brand new with no scratches and works flawlessly. Could not have made a better choice!!
