Order arrived promptly and I like the texture, flavor, and meatiness of the bacon. For wild boar, I think the price is pretty reasonable.

Meh.
I wasn't impressed with this. I've had wild boar before, and enjoyed it, until this. Far more tough than I expected (even given my previous experience with wild boar meat.) Seemed more like shoulder meat than belly. I cooked one package plain, as bacon...and used the other in a recipe, and didn't enjoy either one. I have two packages left, and I'm not certain what to do with it.
