Treasure Island (Little Golden Book)

Thank you for taking such care in your packaging. The package was prepared with personal touch, item was as described and arrived in good timing.

Great for little ones, my 4yo loves it! Now she will know the backstory behind “x marks the spot” etc. hopefully this will encourage her to read the unabridged original book when she is older. But even if not, this is a great little book in and of itself. I like it too. High.y recommend. I find many little golden books to be somewhat lacking. This One is great.

For a four year with pirate passion this is a good start on a more realistic vision of those who sailed under the Jolly Roger.

Bought a bunch of these Golden books for the grandkids. Good quality. Just like the ones I gave them that were 45+ years old.

Lovely book for children, purchased as a gift for a one year old. The artwork has depth and is very vivid, of course the story is a classic but it is told here in a entertaining way for younger children that keeps them interested and engaged. All kids aged through 1-6 in their family enjoyed it

The story of Treasure Island is truly a classic and I love it. However, this was a book aimed at children and for me, it lost the opportunity to really relate to today's children. The book is presented with dated illustration and rather worthy prose.

The story and illustrations are very good but the down side is that the book itself is made with cheap materials.Unfortunately, I can notice that it will have wear & tear by the first week.

Excellent little book not only good for younger readers but also for ESL students.
